INVENTORIES CHECK-LIST

We will visit the property and carry out a thorough inspection. Using the latest technology to create detailed, user friendly condition reports.

CHECK-INS

Our check-in inventory is carried out at the start of every tenancy. This is an accurate record of the property’s condition prior to the tenant moving in. We will also conduct a thorough walk around with the tenant, highlighting such details as meter readings, keys and our findings.

MID TERM INSPECTIONS

We advise our clients to have a mid term inspection carried out. To create a report showing what condition it is being kept in,

giving the landlord the peace of mind...

CHECK-OUTS

At the end of the tenancy, a check out report is conducted to log the condition that the property is being handed back. This is a comparison report to the check-in and will detail any changes/damages that have occurred  during the tenancy.

Inventory and Schedule of Condition

An Inventory is conducted prior to a tenant moving into a new residential property. The Inventory report is a Schedule of the condition of the property, including fixtures/fittings and a list of any items/appliances included in the tenancy agreement. The report provides a detailed description of each item in the property, along with supporting photographs. Everything from the light switches to the inside of the oven is detailed and a description of the condition of each item provided, stating if there are any marks or damages present at the time and recording the level of cleanliness throughout the property. The purpose of the report is to identify the condition of the property prior to new occupation. We are instructed as the 3rd party to conduct an unbiased review of the property’s condition as the point of a new Tenant checking in.
